[ Music ]>>I’ve been working at [background music] El
Camino Hospital for 24 years.>>I started practicing
here in July of 1961.>>I’ve been with the
auxiliary for 29 years now.>>Oh, I’m in my 29th year.>>31 years this year.>>35 years.>>16 and a half years.>>18 years.>>10 and a half years.>>15 years or so.>>2 years.>>What El Camino does for the
employees here is it’s really like a family, one big family. When the times are
tough, we stick together. When times are great,
we have to enjoy, we have great celebrations.>>It’s a real family
environment. I know everyone’s name,
they know my name, and I think that
also is reflected in how we take care
of the patients here.>>I delivered my first child
here at the hospital a year ago. And part of the reason
that I decided to come here was not
just ’cause I work here but because I have a great
interplay and relationship with a lot of the people
that work here and who better to treat me than my friends.>>What El Camino Hospital
does differently for staff and patients is they really
tend to care about there staff. It’s a truly a [inaudible]
organization where employees supports
the mission. The hospital is not
top-down approach, it’s bottom-up approach.>>I’m proud to work
at El Camino hospital. I enjoy my co-workers, I feel
El Camino has given me an opportunity to grow.>>It’s been a great
place to work and it’s like that’s why I’ve
been here 35 years.>>Once you start here
you don’t want to leave.>>It’s amazing. It’s a great place to work and that’s why I love
coming to work everyday.>>It’s such an amazing place. I like it. [ Music ]
